About: Raiden Mei is the current principal of St. Freya Academy, a school meant to train generation after generation of Valkyries -- the last line of defense against beings known as the Honkai. 8 years prior, she was known and recognized as one of the major heroes in the Honkai war that engulfed not just her home, but all around it. Now, she fights as part of Anti-Honkai Squad 3, and continues to do so for all that is beautiful in the world.

Mei is also the former Herrscher of Thunder -- a being once meant to annihilate humanity, now turned into a force to protect it. Not that people would really know just from looking at her...
